Polyurethane + Acrylic Titan Yate 2-component marine paint with polyurethane and acrylic composition, for maximum performance in resistance to wear, marine environment, abrasion and chemicals. Suitable for any non-submersible surface, or exposed to coastal conditions. It does not turn yellow.

Application surfaces:

For outdoor use on wood and metal and on any surface permanently exposed to marine and coastal conditions or mechanical stress surfaces. Can be applied directly onto polyester.

Where we use it:

For the protection and decoration of non-submersible surfaces on the boat, but also on any surface construction that is adjacent to the sea or where a maximum level of protection is required.

Drying time at 23°C: 45 minutes (touch) - 5-6 hours (full)

instructions for use

Application tools: Airless roller brush

Recommended final thickness 60-90 microns

Mix well 4 parts base with 1 part hardener. After 4-8 hours, depending on the temperature, the mixture becomes thicker. Apply 2-3 coats of repulin. The surface must be clean, dry, properly primed and free of salts.

New Surfaces:
Polyester: Sand with sandpaper and clean with YATE Diluyente.
Wood, aluminum, iron: YATE Imprimacion Epoxi.

Surfaces with previous paints:
with previously solid surfaces, if necessary, fill with YATE Masilla Epoxi or YATE Masilla Poliestera and after sanding and cleaning, apply repulin directly. If they are not strong, remove them completely and apply as on bare surfaces.
